At the same time at St. Vincent Hospital, two boys are born, one to the affluent Jindal family (Randeep Nanda) and the other to their clerk Valmiki. The hospital nurse is the only one who knows that Valmiki steals the infants so that his son can live a luxurious lifestyle. 

Following a fight with Valmiki, the nurse collapses from the hospital building and enters a coma. Bantu, the son of Valmiki who was born to Nanda 25 years later, is a very gifted child who is constantly made fun of by Valimki and is forbidden from entering the Jindal mansion. While Raj, Nanda's son by Valmiki, studies in the US and is unfit for anything.

When Bantu and Samara, his boss, decide to tell Nanda about their relationship, Sarang, a rival businessman, attacks Bantu and leaves him for dead. They fall in love, but Samara is already married to Raj. When Bantu and Samaara bring Nanda to the hospital, the coma-awakened nurse recognizes Nanda and tells Bantu the truth.
